Artwork

A: If you have your artwork in vector format (typically a .eps or .ai file), send us that. Otherwise, send us whatever you have and we’ll make it work. We can convert most logos into vector format for free. If the conversion is going to cost you anything extra, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
Q: What if I need you to edit my art file?
A: We can do many edits and touch-ups for free. If you just need us to change the colors or add some text, that’s no problem. Heavy design edits may require an extra cost, but we’ll always let you know the cost ahead of time.
Q: Can I specify an exact Pantone PMS color to print?
A: Yes, most of the time we can print using an exact PMS color match.
Q: Will I receive a proof (mockup) of what the product will look like?
A: Yes, we always provide a free proof after you place your order (with the exception of some rush orders). You will be able to review and approve the proof prior to production.
Product
Q: Can I see a physical sample of the item that I’m interested in?
A: Absolutely! We can send you a free sample of most items under $20. There is usually no need to return a sample.
Q: What is the minimum quantity for orders?
A: For non-apparel items, the minimum is the smallest quantity that you see listed on the product page. For apparel, the minimum is usually 24+ pieces.
Q: What are setup costs?
A: This represents the cost for the factory to get the machine set up to print your specific logo. The exact setup cost varies by product, but it’s usually around $50. If you place a reorder later on, this setup fee is usually waived or reduced.
Q: What are over/under runs?
A: This occurs when the factory prints more (or fewer) units than you ordered. It’s not always easy for the factory to print an exact quantity, so it’s industry standard that you may receive +/- 5% of the quantity ordered. Please note that you will be billed accordingly. Over/under runs are more common on high-volume orders.
Q: How does pricing work for T-shirts?
A: T-shirt pricing is based on the exact shirt style, the quantity, and the number of print colors going on each side. The best way to request a quote is by emailing us.
